Taylor Surveyors were great to work, fast and reliable.

Taylor Surveyors were great to work with from start to end. I researched many surveyors and Taylor had not only competitive pricing but as well quick availability to do my house valuation and deliver the report (next day). Great customer service and I would definitely recommend or work with them again if needed in the future.

Review of Domestic and Commercial Heating

Great service and support after job done

Dom Com team came to fix our central heating and the experience has been great and problem resolved. Really quick turnround, on time arrival, good communication, fair pricing and efficient fix.
Courteous and polite team, clean after the work done and ensuring all is in working order and to client satisfaction.
What makes me give the 5 star is as well for the after service. Not only Dom Com has showed us how to fix simple issues, they have also provided us with after service video calling support to ensure all was right. Absolutely great service!

Great service and experience

I have been going to Specsavers for all of my eye tests. Every time a reliable, trustworthy & thorough examination.
The team is professional, experienced & comforting.
The clinics are always clean & tidy & compliant to the recent Covid-19 safety measures, which shows the high standards they abide to for customers & staff safety.

Unfortunately on my most recent visit this year I've been prescribed glasses, which I'm not over the moon about but aging is unstoppable but throughout the process the staff made my journey an enjoyable & pleasant one.

Excellent service all around.

Competitive prices & good Google ad advertising, which is how I found this company.
Good reviews from other customers, which made me confident in using their services for the first time.
Good communication & tracking of delivery.
Prompt delivery.
Product arrive intact as expected.

Would use it again in the future if needed & if prices remain competitive.

Mostly recommended.

Shambolic customer service & engineer service

I'm a customer of Home Serve since 2017.

Until now all was fine as I never really needed to contact Home Serve but this year, the service provided is nothing short of shambolic.

To start with, the boiler service initially booked for the 4th Sept the engineer never showed up nor I received a notification about it.
Had I not called customer service, I would never had received another appointment.

A new appointment was made for the 21st Sept & although the engineer showed up, he never left the Gas Safety Inspection / Gas Service Report Record Sheet nor signed the boiler book, something that has always been done in previous years.

I'm not sure why I have not received the report record sheet this year yet but fact is that today I have contacted your customer service line for the 3rd time in a space of 2 weeks & every time they say that the report has been requested to be either posted to my home address or sent via email within 72 hours but I have not yet received it, which is shocking.

I start to raise concerns about whether the engineer was actually genuine or not & if a proper service has been performed.

Not only i have to wait a long time to get through to customer service, I still don't get what I paid for & in the end, Home Serve has no respect for customers like me.

I have also emailed on the 31st Oct & your website says that you will respond within 10 working days, but not even an email response i am getting, apart from the auto-reply.

I have paid in advance of receiving my boiler service & the minimum I deserve is to get what I paid for, which is the engineer visit & the gas report sheet.

I demand that the boiler service record sheet report performed on the 21st Sept is sent to my home address via post ASAP.

Still no response from Home Serve.

Good online service

Good online service, with extensive tyre`s range at great prices and very informative. I knew nothing about tyres before using this site but left as an expert after all.
I went to various tyre shops to research best value & best tyres available & it is sad to see how stores will mislead you & sell you copper for gold price. Shocking!
But with National Tyres, you get not only full knowledge from their website & call centre team but you also get best prices available in the market, which includes fitting in their own shops.
I had mine fitted just a few days after online purchase & it`s a great job.
Only downside is that I did not get the best service in store...the person did not seem to have much patience...maybe because I am a lady...not sure. But apart from this minor issue, I recommend National Tyres all day long & I will certainly use them in the future.

I have bought from dwell in the past …

I have bought from dwell in the past few weeks for 3 times so far.
Had a lovely corner sofa, a ladder shelf & a sideboard.
All 3 items ordered in different ways, in store to be delivered, over the phone to be collected & bought & collected in store on spot.
Dwell not only has great quality & designed products but their staff are so well trained & provided excellent customer service in all 3 instances.
Very efficient, careful & polite delivery team also.

But i just wanted to say a special thank you to Robyn Fry - from customer care & the warehouse team, who are based at Dwell Milton Keynes.
My husband & I went to their show room on a Sunday, the item we wanted wasn`t on display but nevertheless, even with the restrictions of a smaller team operating on Sundays, Robyn went out of her way, going that extra mile, to find us in the warehouse the furniture we so wanted. All of this with a huge smile on her face. Such a lovely person!

The warehouse team were on their lunch break, but even though they went above & beyond to locate, transport & pack our piece, ready for us to take home on that day.
A huge thank you to you all! We really really appreciated your efforts.

Will certainly buy from Dwell again....in fact I may pop in there this week again. :-)
