This advert makes he clothes look…

This ad makes he clothes look gorgeous, the quality is terrible, cheap and nasty, the returns procedure expensive (£26.55 for tracked for two dresses) and hassle. DO NOT be fooled by the pictures and the description it is all false and misleading. I clicked on return policy before ordering and would not have ordered if I had read that it isn't free to return and that returns are to be sent to china.

Answered the phone and talked to English speaking staff (with no strong accents) job done day enjoyed, that’s how a business should run! Good price, simple and easy just like it was 30 years ago! Excellent experience.

Misleading, very small and not good quality This company in my opinion are relying…

This company in my opinion are relying on the fantastic advertising, it is very misleading. I ordered 6 Led thinking I could put the six under my kitchen cupboards, in fact it is the smallest light that I can't get the batteries in. I have been charged £54 for two small and one larger light, they are very low quality and now will not refund without me sending a video and paying postage, they don't answer emails and I wish I had never seen he advert.

Concert weekend

This was all perfect for booking, payments, and explanations of whereabouts and how to do it etc we however thought there should be more signs at the sight as there is another area to the right of where we were supposed to be and it wasn't at all clear where we should be parked. The sat Nav also took us to a road with a barrier but luckily I had seen the review where another customer had given alternative directions which really helped.

Terrible quality terrible service

Terrible terrible terrible the delivery stetted 5-10 days it was over 5 weeks and several emails worrying they had just run off with my money, well they have as the quality is shocking as well as the finish. They now aren't answering my emails to request to sent the rubbish back, I am over £100 down with clothes I wouldn't even put in the recycling.

Transfers

Yes they were good however there was an issue with transfers. When we arrived at the airport we found our transfer man, but we were told they were waiting for another flight to arrive so we would've to wait approx 3/4 hour - depending on suitcase retrieval. A couple eventually turned up but were dutch and had apparently hired a car so after getting them in the van they then had to get out! As a result of this we missed dinner at the Hotel.
Coming back to the airport we were collected an hour too early as we were told there were other people to collect after us, it turned out the german couple already in the car before us had a flight earlier than ours. This in my opinion is unacceptable. To have people with you that are on the same flight is what we are used to be not various flights, its really not fair. When you have booked a 5 star holiday you expect a 5 star experience.

Awful customer service

Yell are great when they're trying to sell you an advertising package; calling all the time doing what they say they're going to do. However, when you decide you no longer want their services (because lets face it who uses yell.com? Everyone googles whatever it is they're looking for) they become completely unresponsive. It was and is an ongoing ordeal to cancel their services (despite it being quite within my right to do so as I'm operating within their T&Cs). I would personally avoid this company.
