Appalling

Appalling, bought an XR20, 3 year warranty. Failed after 14 months, unable to repair, cannot offer like for like replacement. Under warranty.... Which has no value, no come back. Spent £240, waste of money

Shocking bad, instead of redelivery as instructed using the app, it went to the hub, so delivery was not possible on the day!!!

The app use to be good....

The app use to be good, now difficult. Club not interested, see reviews.

We only use CLS, not club sites as way to expensive.

With poor app difficult to find sites.

Hi Richard, Than k you for your feedback. I am sorry that you find our App difficult to use. I would advise to delete the App and reinstall as it may not be the latest version. We value feedback and we are always looking at ways to improve our systems. Like many other campsite and leisure organisations, the Club offers different prices during different times of the year depending on popularity. Plus members save £15 per night every time they stay on one of our campsites. The Club is improving its current annual pricing process by introducing a more flexible approach to pricing, depending on popularity and time of booking. The new approach was gradually rolled out to all campsites during 2023. Members are now able to book a year ahead and take advantage of ‘early bird’ lower prices. As time progresses, the higher the popularity of a campsite and the closer to the time of arrival the booking is made, the higher the price may be. I hope this helps. ~Ric

Fantastic Service, do not hesitate switching!

We were with another supplier for 8 years. We moved to Octopus as our old supplier refused to fit a smart meter, and our fixed price contract ended.
On the 23rd of December I enquired, so helpful. booked a change over on line. All went smoothly. Booked a smart meter installation, completed in 11 days from being start of contract with Octopus! ( On the initial call the lady apologised as it can take 3 months, but as we had been trying for over 5 years- seemed OK and reasonable)

The fitter, Gav was excellent , explaining everything. So far we cannot fault Octopus, it has been flawless, customer service, website, android app etc.

Bought 6 Deco M5 mesh adapters. Whilst they create a good WiFi network, the software is appalling with lack of features, making it poor. The forum states that an upgrade will be coming, however nothing worth while in two years. Waste of £300....

We have been generally pleased with products and delivery. The online shopping was excellent, however seems that we cannot book as next week's greyed out and beyond. We have a delivery pass, for 1 year. Anyone any idea what is happening to Morrisons online shopping? Customer services cannot help......

The camera arrived quickly

The camera arrived quickly, the category B was a fair description. I find that slightly older great value. I could buy the camera new for £250, with a years warranty from PC world, or £115 used, but 2 year warranty from CEX? On eBay used they sell for more, and no warranty, so CEX a no brainer, this is the second camera I have bought from CEX.
