Great experience all round. It was really easy to use the website, I was really happy for the next day delivery option and I was happy with how I was kept up to date with the delivery and times and the driver called me an hour before aswell which was helpful. The delivery guys were very polite.

This is my first experience using something like Parent Shield. I needed it for my pre-teen son who wants independence but also needs to be monitored. This way I can check through my phone that he is safe and being safe through calls and messages without taking his phone from him. A few times my son has sent out excessive messages and Parent Shield notofied me through text which was helpful, otherwise I wouldn't have seen them until later that day. The team at Parent Shield are always on hand if I have any questions and are really helpful. They also contacted me when they realised they could switch me on to a better plan for less money which was nice because a lot of other companies wouldn't tell you.

I contacted Leavers Hoodies to organise my child's school's P7 hoodies as a parent who has never done this before. About 20 emails with all my questions later and we have received our hoodies, which my son and his friends are over the moon with. The quality of the hoodies and the print is great. They look amazing. I have many great points to share about my experience so i'll bullet point them:
● I was able to preview a mock up design and make changes to it which LH team were happy to do and received these very quickly!
●I like the ease of ordering online and straight to your door without involving the school if you don't want to - this is actually one of the main reasons I used LH. It takes stress away from the organiser and cuts out all the middle people.
● We chose the Signature back style in the kids own handwriting which everyone loved and is so unique, definitely a great keepsake!
●The organiser page was really helpful for me to keep track on who was ordering to make sure we got everyone sorted out.
● I was able to extend my shop closing date which gave people more time.
●I was able to request samples of the hoodies for people to try on which came very quickly.
●Options to customize your hoodie individually during ordering

Above all else I really have to commend Slav for his friendly and helpful approach, for making the experience feel positive and supported and for having the patience of a saint with all my questions!

Love the beautiful bows I received. My first time ordering and I tried the 10 for £10 box. Decided to get some extra because I struggled to just choose 10! Great quality and so excited to use them for my daughter starting school. Beautifully packaged and quick delivery too.

It's very difficult to get past the payment chatter with face to face vets and I needed to know if my cat needed urgent care today or could wait until tomorrow based on how she was doing and not what suits the vets better payment wise. I'm glad I chose to use JustAnswer today where I got some honest and valuable advice from Cecilia who put my mind at ease and gave me some extra care tips while we wait for our appointment.

B.E Uniforms has been our go to place for uniform since the beginning of Nursery and now into Secondary too. I've never had a single issue with delivery or quality, we have multiple children at school and the quality is good enough to pass older kids jumpers on etc and I always keep my eye out for the sale emails mid year too which are helpful :-)

With my first order I am always suspicious of new companies but they had shoes on sale at half of the price as some other places I looked at so I decided to give them ago, they came very quickly and I was really happy with the price - I've placed another order since and had the same great experience and the sale prices are great! Will definitely be my go to shop in future :-)

Have just started using this, some games don't work well when I rotate my phone but I do like that they are more interesting and interactive games that remind me of games I liked when I was younger like 'bejeweled'

I would have felt happier with my purchase had there been more honesty revolving around my order.

I placed an order for wallpaper which showed as in stock on the website but was in fact not in stock. There were delays in which I was told it was due to covid related delivery delays but that it was on it's way. When I questioned this - because I had already had the same wallpaper cancelled with another company due to being out of stock, it was confirmed there was problems obtaining it with the manufacturer - which I would have been fine with had they said that in the first place. I nearly cancelled my order but my kids walls were waiting bare for weeks.

When placing an order of a high value amount, I don't expect to be blatantly lied to because its more convenient to blame the pandemic for delivery delays.

When the wallpaper did eventually arrive, it was lovely as expected and looks great. Just a shame about all that occurred beforehand.

Excellent company.
Stayed in contact with me throughout the whole order process and kept me up to date. They were very responsive to emails.
They have a great payment plan option.
Delivery was great, the team who built the beds were very friendly and thorough in their checks. The beds are great quality, I have 4 happy boys.
