I must say my experience with easyjet holidays was fantastic. The flight out was on time and well serviced by the cabin crew, the coach transfer was a mini-bus with just the two of us on it. The hotel was fabulous and the only problem was having to leave a day early for medical reasons. Easyjet dealt with the new flight home smoothly and with no fuss... thank you Easyjet.
Had car booked in valet parking, had to return home home early due to medical issue. Natasha dealt with the rebooking with little fuss and made it very simple ... thanks so much.

Purchased a few items for my daughter of which she was amazed at the quality when received. Items were as described, delivery was prompt and the customer service fantastic when I tried to order an additional item. Amazing company & amazing jewellery.

Like a previous user in November, the on line booking system is a waste of time. The dates listed were not available as I called the hospital direct and booked... very simple. I am sure Top Doctors will mention an excuse in their reply. Will not use this company again. Find a consultant and book direct.

Wrong blinds delivered, just finished a on-line chat which seemed to take forever. Will give them the benefit of doubt and hope to receive the correct order promptly.
Terrible customer service, including poor delivery service. Do not waste your hard earned money with this company. Emails constantly ignored and so wish I had checked Trustpilot before my purchase. Listen to others who have made their views be known... we can't all be wrong.
Where do these reviews come from? Spoke to several people who use this company all with various complaints. Only just become a customer and not happy with service... will give them benefit of doubt and try once more

The prices at this company are expensive and you will only know if you shop around. Some customers are given extra discount... not equal across their customer base. I tend to go elsewhere these days and have saved a small fortune for my customers. This company give no incentive to the regular trade customer.
I have to agree with most of the negative reviews. Customer service is a complete waste of time and that is if you can get through to them within an hour... sometimes longer. Along with branches closing down, this bank is getting worse. I have been a loyal customer over the years with several accounts, but now is the time to move.
Not sure where all these reviews come from, but this is my 4th one and none have lasted more than 5 months. Customer service are not interested, so time to source a company that can provide a reliable product. Don't waste your money... cant be wrong on 4 occasions.

Drove up from London to York to have leather fitted to my seats in my vw T6.1. Was met by the big fella Paul who showed us the impressive set-up he has at Seat Surgeons. He drove me and my wife into Central York to enjoy our day. 5 hours later Alex called to say all finished and Paul would pick us up. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and obviously cares for his clients. Was amazed to see my seats completed and has transformed my Kombi. A long day and a big drive, but completely worth it. Thanks guys and for the banter... am over the moon.

Driver did not use door bell, knocked letterbox waited 10 seconds and drove off. No card left. Daughter never received her birthday present on the day. Poor service. All checked on my cctv.
Had my Sharke Flip for 8 months which I have been extreemly happy with, but today it decided not to work anymore. Called customer service and they arranged a replacement after a couple of checks. It makes a change to deal with a company who back their goods and customers 100%.
No customer service at all. Two emails sent over a week ago and still no reply. Trying to make a return but I am being totally ignored …. even tried to contact via Twitter. Will never use again, plenty of other suppliers out there. You need to get your house in order Wiggle otherwise you will lose even more customers.
This chain of restaurants is getting expensive for the size and quality of food you get. Many dishes are very salty where others are quite tasty. Never had bad service at any branch I've visited. Special offers are almost non existent as are the birthday treat/email. I like the concept and setup but there is much better sushi around and value for money.
