Our Magnet consultant Jackie showed an exceptional professional depth of experience and care at all times during the design and planning of our new kitchen. The installation contractor Onecall were also top notch and all the various tradesman who were involved in the various operations were all very helpful and professional. However, we struck gold in having Ivor as our main installer. He, went about his work in a quiet confident way and built the units with what appeared to be consummate ease. He only stopped to answer my questions which he was happy to answer, no matter how silly they may have appeared to him.
The, overall process went very well, however there were small issues along the way which were quickly resolved by Onecall.
We now have the kitchen of our dreams and would recommend Magnet to anyone looking to replace their kitchen
