Dont buy glasses

I bought a a pair of glasses Witch prescription. Lenses have not been centered correctly, causing headaches, vertigo and distortion in the vision, even if the prescription Is correct.

vernici spray

Ho comprato delle vernici spray, con finitura 2k. Il risultato dal punto di vista estetico è buono, ma la vernice non è ben aderente e si stacca solo passandoci unghia.

Perfect Persol graduated lenses (ZEISS) but very bad assistance/communication.

I've ordered a pair of Persol with graduated lenses and I'm very satisfied. The glasses are undoubtly authentic and the lenses are very good (ZEISS as one can also check from the logo on the lenses). The glasses arrived well-packed with their authentic case, the original glasses cloth and the exposition lenses.

I'm not giving 5 stars only because the glasses arrived with 2 days of delay, which is not a problem in itself, but nobody informed/answered me about the status of the order. I get answered only here on trustpilot the day before the delivery.

Please edit your review and include order number so I can check your current order status. It's possible that your frames were not in our warehouse at the time you made your order and we have requested to supplier. Our days for delivery are always estimated, and depend heavily on shipping companies.

Remember also that our working hours for phone support are Monday - Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 GTM+1 (Madrid), and all emails get answered as soon as possible, but due to vacations we are experiencing some delay, I apologize for that.

Delay but good assistance

I've ordered a pair of Helstons gloves, which arrived at least 2-3 weeks later than the estimated date of delivery. However the asistance was very useful and helped me tracking the order, explaining me the reasons of the delay. The product is exactly as exepcted.
