Second review in a short time: requested a domain transfer about 7 days ago, all formalities completed, nothing happens. Created a ticket to know why the transfer is not happening, no answer.
Absolutely the worst web and cloud provider that exists, not one sense of respect towards their customers.
Update 15/5/2024
Got an email fro support, mentioning a domain transfer timing that is completely different than the one mentioned before, and about three times slower than the worldwide standard. In addition, they had the arrogance to point me on the respectfulness of my mail: let me be clear: if you treat your customers without any respect over and over again, do not ask for respect. French company with an attitude and lousy service, the worst you can get!!!!!!

They literally despise on you as a client. Been a client for more than 10 years: very good initially, the worst ever in the last 4 years. Whatever you do, they despise you as a client. Sorry for the harsh words, but there are no other words than this to describe how they treat you as a paying customer

J'ai commandé une vitre pour le poêle, malheureusement livrée dans la mauvaise taille. J'ai envoyé la preuve (apparemment, ils ne peuvent pas ouvrir les photos dans leur programme de messagerie ...). Ils me proposent de passer mon temps à chercher quelqu'un pour recouper le verre. Probablement bon marché pour eux, en termes de service à la clientèle on peut difficilement tomber plus bas. Entreprise très peu professionnelle : ils aiment faire du profit sur Internet, mais résoudre leurs propres problèmes est apparemment trop demandé.
Update 22/09/2023. J'attends toujours une réaction après avoir demandé de m'envoyer la commande correcte ....
Update 26/09/2023. Signalconso informé, leur réponse plein de mensonges flagrants sur le traitement de ce dossier. Conclusion : ils veulent faire porter la responsabilité et les coûts aux consommateurs, et font même référence à des paragraphes inexistants dans leurs conditions générales pour justifier. Ce sont tout simplement des fraudeurs et des escrocs qui n'ont aucun respect pour les droits des consommateurs. Un conseil, ne commandez JAMAIS à cette société.
Update 16/10/2023. Malgré beaucoup de communication, ils refusent de me liver le vitre commandé sans frais supplementaires. De vrais escrocs!

Very bad angular components. Our company believes they started with react ones, and had a student set them over to angular. Very bad code quality, incredibly bad logic, virtually impossible to customize. They may be better in other domains, but Angular is not what they know.
We are currently eliminating all Syncfusion components, and replacing them with angular material, a lot easier to customize.

I have applied, using the same documents as another web-bank (Wise). They have turned down my application. Tried to contact support, same standard meaningless, unprofessional answer.
They come up with vague excuses about banking regulations which is pure bullocks. Not professional, not reliable, stay away.
Update on 14/9/2023
Now they communicate that it is linked to an identification error. As an ID error is mostly related to their systems, or my input, did they blatantly lie and used the first "handy, cover-all excuse" that exists? We all know they did :-) I now asked what the real problem is, curious for the answer ...
Update 22/09/2023: nothing anymore, it is clear that the "bank you love" does not care one bit about you as a customer :-)
Update 21/3/2024: they try to take my review offline via a formal identification procedure via Trustpilot. Too bad they did not try to solve my problem when I was willing to provide all that information when I applied for an account.
