Bought a set for my PSVR2 and very happy. Ordered on a Saturday night and I put in the wrong prescription and panic emailed and got a reply the next day, a Sunday, to say it will be sorted. Arrived in the UK Wednesday night and delivered by Royal mail the next Monday.

What's happened to this mob? I now dread when the sender uses Royal Mail. 2 Very parcels vanished for 2 weeks so ordered the item again. Then they showed up and I had to travel to the next town to return as Post Office vanishing everywhere.
Now my order from Dualit has vanished.

Worse website I've ever used. Got Vouchers for Nike rather than any other store and it's impossible to use them as it keeps saying

Looked online and apparently well known and I'm not wasting my time phoning customer service as apparently they are terrible. I've only ever wore Nike but will never be buying especially directly from them again.

Avoid, been doing these for years with no problems. Then it stopped sending surveys for no reason. Started a new account twice and same thing, seems they are in trouble as seen this happening online to people recently.
