Needed to change hotel as the other party we were travelling with could not be accommodated at the first hotel we booked.
The other party booked another hotel and after they received their confirmation we changed hotel through Manage My Booking, this was easy enough but the wait for confirmation stressful. I contacted via phone regarding this and was assured all would be dealt with either later that day or the next day, it was and the admin fee wavered !
Thank you OTB now looking forward to our holiday.
