Amazing time on the Azura.
Went for a 60th birthday treat for my sister-in law.
Family holiday ship was fantastic, staff were amazing, really friendly and had some great laughs.
Food was excellent as all the P.O ships are.
Room was spotless and cleaned every day.

We visited Breahead Bedroom store on the 21/8/25.
From the moment we stepped into the store the sale Consultant Robert Manson, got his name from our confirmation slip, was very helpful gave us time to look around without being pushy, We then spoke to Robert regarding the item we wished to purchase.
Robert was very knowledgeable and patient with us, could not have been more helpful, made the shopping experience more relaxed. Could not fault the service.

I retired early from work last May, 2024. My blue light card expired in March 2025.

I emailed customer services twice, got nowhere, email again 9th June, and a lovely girl Emily answered my request and within a hour problem was solved.

Need more people to understand your query like Emily and act on it, well done Emily.

I have used Roman Original for years now, have bought some beautiful outfits from the company, never had any problems with items.
I ordered trousers for Roman original, they were unsuitable and I returned them. No problem quick and easy, received email stating order had been returned and refund would be issued which happened within the time scale stated.

Service is amazing, email answered within a day. Very satisfied with results.

From ordering the item to receiving the item excellent service, unfortunately the item is not suitable and I have to return this, again excellent service.

Spoke with Brian, who explained all the pros and cons of the policy we took out, we have used all clear many times and always get good value for money. Brian was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the police’s.

I found both items very small, I ordered the correct size for myself but these were very small made, quality on the materials not good, too flimsy

Have used Stay sure travel insurance, many times never had a problem, easy to use on line or if preferred calling them has never been a problem, very helpful.

Staff ask if you need help, then leave you to look around on your own, but are always near by if you need them. Furniture is amazing and great prices.

I think you have changed your suppliers, as a couple of items I have bought have came away at the seams after 1 wash, I have also returned items bought recently as the shape and quality was not good.
