I would have given 5 stars if the delivery time was accurate,I ordered from Ireland and blinds came from UK which wasn’t made clear on the website. They did still arrive with 2 weeks.
I would definitely order again from this company . Best value around !

Barclays closed my account as I moved to Ireland. Leaving me unable to access my funds.
I tried applying on line to get my money back, but there were so many hurdles after hurdles and it was impossible to do.
So travelled back to went to UK and went into a branch and took my completed forms and ID there to have everything verified. I gave them details of another UK where the money could be transferred. It should have taken 2 weeks at most. A month down the line and
It hasn’t happened, I called them so many times, costing me a fortune, waiting ages on the phone. I was told my money would be paid in last week. Nothing ! I was with Barclays for 40 years, it’s disgusting

despite the fact I told them i had already bought comprehensive no excess car hire insurance at the time of booking the rental through an agent, they tried to sell me more insurance. Took a £1,205 holding deposit from my credit card and when I brought the car back in perfect condition they said there was a small scratch of 40mm right underneath the bumper and charged me £350. I have no way of knowing if it was there before or not as I wouldn't normally get underneath a car to look for such things. I did not bump the car so I am very suspicious. Will never deal with this company again.

I collected my items from the store in Cork and the staff are so friendly. The items arrived quicker than was expected which was good. I tried my items on in store and returned part of my order there and then. Returning was easy and not a bother. Fast return payment into my bank! Email communication from Yours regarding updates for my order was great.

This site was advertised as an Irish web site, with 24 hour despatch and 3/4 days delivery. The email confirming my order says 48 hours despatch and 5/7 working days delivery. Its coming from Switzerland, Not Ireland !!!
I immediately contacted them and asked to cancel my order as their web site is totally misleading.They wouldn't.
Wish I had checked out the other reviews on trustpilot first.

My order never turned up so I cancelled it and asked for a refund. They emailed me back accepting the cancellation and promised refund to my account within 14 days. 3 weeks later I still have not received my refund.
Will never buy from them again !
