Genève to Copenhagen. 2.50 hrs delay because they can. They blamed weather while it was sunny and hot all around Europe. Pilot gave us mistakenly the real reason of delay. Plane wasn't ready due to technical reasons and they couldn't sort it out on time because they are strategically understaffed. They torture passengers with slightly (1 or 2 cm can make their day)oversized luggage (forcing them to pay absurd prices 75chf for a tiny backpack..). They have offered coupon for coffee 3£(lol) of course very very late when everyone was finally boarding so in reality almost no one got the coffee because we were boarding. Delay was known on the app 2 hrs ago and they sent the coupons while we were instructed to proceed to the gate. Prices are not that cheap to classify as low budget imo as there are hidden costs everywhere from seat selection to luggage costs, remote terminals, snacks to name few. Plane was new and clean. Air crew alto attentive and polite. The whole experience compared with standard airlines is very negative towards easyjet since they're almost equally priced with hidden costs

They haven't delivered my order but they kept my money! They claim that they did deliver, but they cannot prove it with some valid proof from postal services. They are sending dubious e mails from suspicious servers, probably to hack your computer on top. I cannot believe that a site like this exists in Switzerland, 100% frauds
