Lightweight, fits well, accuracy not always great.

The collar is lightweight and about as small as it could realistically be, which is a good thing because our cat's neck is tiny! Even with the reducer in place the strap is almost at its tightest. It fits well and doesn't irritate the cat.
I'm only 24 hours into using the collar but GPS results have been mixed at best so far. It's placed our cat out in the road when she was at the back of the back garden, and placed her 3 doors up the road when she was just outside our back door. Time will tell on this. The app is ok, does a decent job. The radio feature is good. Hopefully will never need to use it but I'm glad I have it. The only other thing I will say is that the reflective strips supplied as a paid-for addition do not stick. The first one came unstuck within hours. I'll update this review after more testing, with luck the GPS will be more reliable.

Review of Phox Water

Water doesn't fully drain on the 2.8l

I had the original glass jug for maybe 3 years, and was tired of seeing white deposits building up around the filling hole and spout, so bought the new 2.8l white jug. After a couple of days I noticed that about half an inch of water sits in the top and never drains through. 2 weeks in and it is evident that the water only drains when there's enough weight to push it through. To me it doesn't feel like a good design. And for the price I'd expect the water to at least drain through the still-new filter pack.

Great company to deal with

I've purchased a number of used or B-stock items, plus some new, from ML&S. Every time the process has been smooth, the goods have arrived next working day and have been carefully packaged. The used stock has always been as described on the website. Once when I had a question about an item, Gary was extremely helpful and proactive. Thoroughly recommend.

Review of One Call Insurance

Awful customer service and keep misdirecting

I have been with One Call for a number of years now and had cause to make my first claim, for a windscreen. Initially the claim didn't get through to the nominated repair company so I had to re-submit. Then, the repairer gave an appointment three weeks away. Needing the car for work this wasn't great so I contacted the company who said I should contact One Call to see if there is any other company they could use. Thus started the worst customer service experience I've had in years. The staff on chat were dismissive, used canned text, directed me to the wrong teams, all in all I went between 3 different departments/companies to try and get any form of assistance.

Under-inflated new tyres and no customer service

The fitter smelt of body odour and a lot of roll-up cigarettes. He fitted two front tyres. The offside front was under pressure by 0.4 bar. The nearside right was under pressure by 0.8 bar and had a flat tyre warning on the dashboard. The company have failed to reply or even acknowledge a number of emails. In addition, their all day appointment was almost missed, the fitter only just turning up before 8pm.

Poor communication and unreliable service

I could forgive the fact that when they set up my hosting plan they missed out all the settings to allow me to create accounts, DNS zones etc as they rectified it quickly when I contacted them. I then realised I had chosen the wrong package and they quickly moved me to a new one. Again nothing worked on it. This time it took a full day to rectify things. Then a couple of days in all my sites went down. It was not notified to me and only my site monitoring systems alerted me. Despite creating an "emergency" ticket, it was two hours before it was acknowledged. I asked for an update and also an explantion of what happened, to this day they have not answered. I have asked to cancel due to poor communication, bad service, poor customer service. They are not replying to me and have not actioned my request. In short, poor communication, unreliable service and extremely slow response times. As my previous hosts advised before I moved "cheaper hosting companies are cheaper for a reason". I would avoid this company at all costs.
