Poor communication and unreliable service
I could forgive the fact that when they set up my hosting plan they missed out all the settings to allow me to create accounts, DNS zones etc as they rectified it quickly when I contacted them. I then realised I had chosen the wrong package and they quickly moved me to a new one. Again nothing worked on it. This time it took a full day to rectify things. Then a couple of days in all my sites went down. It was not notified to me and only my site monitoring systems alerted me. Despite creating an "emergency" ticket, it was two hours before it was acknowledged. I asked for an update and also an explantion of what happened, to this day they have not answered. I have asked to cancel due to poor communication, bad service, poor customer service. They are not replying to me and have not actioned my request. In short, poor communication, unreliable service and extremely slow response times. As my previous hosts advised before I moved "cheaper hosting companies are cheaper for a reason". I would avoid this company at all costs.
