I was guided through the annual travel…

I was guided through the annual travel insurance renewal by a very helpful lady called Samantha.
We no longer required the cruise cover, which made the quote a little cheaper

Dave dealt with my car, as I rang up on spec as Renault garage could not fit me in till 15th May.
He said bring it down and we'll sort it.
He did, very efficient service.

Jet2 are always very helpful with my…

Jet2 are always very helpful with my husband's mobility issues. The hotel is in a good location on a steep hill.Sea facing rooms large and modern..ours had sliding windows onto Juliet balcony...ideal when it rained.Breakfast is good but evening meal is hit and miss...we only went in 3 times due to the rain.. don't go later than 6.30! We were told to go to the 8pm sitting which was like going to the end of a party...hardly any freshly cooked food.. we did complain to reception but they were not interested.
There are good restaurants nearby..especially the Italian opposite Reids.The indoor pool is warm but turned my silver jewellery black! This has never happened before....when I spoke to reception they were not interested and the manager on duty didn't even come out of his office to speak to me...just told the receptionist that I should clean it with toothpaste!

Papers fitted the bill!

We use Tweedmill in St. Asaph to do our shoe shopping as they provide a good selection of makers.
On this shop I wanted a pair of smart going out slip on shoes, the assistant was very helpful and guided through my options.
I've had Pavers before and they suit me as this pair were both comfortable and light.
They were exactly what I needed.

The early bird check in with a token…

The early bird check in with a token for free parking is fantastic. No queuing to drop off bags the next morning. We booked private transfer to the hotel which worked well.The Radison Blu in Costa Teguise is wonderful. My husband became ill on the flight home and the paramedic was waiting as we landed.Jet 2 staff were amazing and could not have looked after us better.I cannot praise them enough.

This was my first mail oder from your…

This was my first mail oder from your catalogue, I ordered a number of chino style trousers, shorts and shirts.
I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and payed for a Sunday delivery..... very worthwhile.
All the items came well packed with clear labelling, I must admit I was very impressed with the whole system.
I tried all the items and they fitted me very well, the finish on the garments was excellent with no stray bits of cotton etc.
I kept all of the items and have used them during our holiday in Lanzarote, they look very smart and well cut.
I will be using this service again on my return to the UK, as I am very pleased with the clothing
.

Super hotel

The hotel is in a great location opposite the beach and easy walk to the Lido, shops and bars.The local bus stops nearby.The staff are all hard working and friendly...the rooms are comfortable and super clean.The food choices are very good and always fresh meat and fish being cooked.The dining area can be very noisy so it's best to pick your time carefully!The indoor pool is lovely.

Excellent Customer Service

We bought our GT hoover direct from them about 20 months ago and have been very pleased with the item.
Then one morning we noticed there were no lights displayed despite being plugged in and when the machine was switched on there was no power in the battery.
A phone call to customer services and they suggested it would a possible charger fault, and they sent one in the post.
Next day it arrived, plugged it in but still no charging lights.
One more phone call and the next day a new battery was delivered, charged it and our beloved machine was working.
I recontacted CS and told them the good news and they arranged for DPD to call and collect the charger they had sent 2 days earlier.
Overall a very good and quick service, one of the better CS departments I have dealt with, a credit to you.

This was to replace the cooker job control knobs on our Flavel cooker.

Your technician arrived at the house…

Your technician arrived at the house within 10 minutes of my call, Paul was excellent in his explanation and diagnosis of the problem with my car.
After about 5 minutes of checking and re setting 'things' we went for a test drive and the problem was resolved.
The fault has not returned.
A totally excellent service and the technician Paul is a credit to the RAC for his professional conduct.
