SERIOUSLY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
As a property manager who uses contractors regularly this must be the worst experience I have ever had.
After originally making an online appointment to clean 3 mattresses for 8.30am I received and email asking if it would be ok to change my appointment time to 1pm which I agreed. At 1.20pm I got a call to say they were running late and would arrive at 2.15pm. At 2.40pm they still hadn't arrived and didn't answer their mobile phone. When I called the main office I was told it would now be 3pm they would be there. 3 men who had very broken English arrived at 3.20pm in previous emails to the company they said although they could not guarantee stain removal they would try their very best to to remove as much as they could. OMG! What an absolute disaster. They look 10 times worse than when they started and the photos attached will show just how bad they were left. When I contacted the main office with my complaints they asked me to fill out a complaints form. Please note in the link they sent THAT REFUNDS ARE RARELY GIVEN!!! Fair enough they want to rectify their mistakes but after seeing the before and after you will understand why I would not have them back!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!
