Door to door sales

Door to door sales. Another company who thinks it's acceptable to disturb people. Door to door sales a tactic from the 1990s. So I say I'm not interested, that they are the fifth door to door sales this week, and i don't conduct my business on my door step, she continues with her sales pitch and says can i ask who's my energy supplier is, when I say "no you can't ask", her and colleague laughs. Even if i was looking to change providers i won't be considering Octopus now!

Door to door sales

Door to door sales. I didn't realise it was the 1990s. Firstly I don't conduct my business on my door step. Secondly when I say I'm not interested don't say 'so your family's safety isn't important then'. Bad tactics. Even if i was looking for a security system i wouldn't even consider this company now.

Only gave it one star as it won't let…

Only gave it one star as it won't let me give zero or a negative score. Appalling customer service in Sandbach WH Smith. Monday 27th July 2020 at around 10.50am. Assistant too busy on her mobile phone to serve. No please or thank you. Then straight back on her personal phone. I've not shopped in WH Smith for a long time, today it reminded me why I haven't.

Disappointed

Disappointed with some of the cards. My photos were pixelated and dark. I appreciated people will say I enlarged the photos too much - but there was no warning they would look so bad. On Photobox you get a warning if the photos won't look good. Overall very disappointed and won't use funkypigeon.com again.
