Best retailer for premium casual menswear
Have been using R&H for a while now. I have visited once in the flesh and what a great experience that was. Their sizing info online makes it a breeze to select the correct size. After the obligitary email confirmation that the size ordered looks suitable, the item arrives next day. Great shop, great clothes, great staff. Absolutely love this place and long may it reign.

Had I looked on Trust Pilot first, I would never have ordered. I only looked afterwards and thought the worst. Shoes arrived within 4 days, no issues whatsoever. Shoes are great, so overall very happy and would use again.
Update - have since ordered 2 further pairs, both with the same experience as above.

Been waiting since 11 Jan for items listed as in stock. Only response to email was basically just bull**** saying it will only be a few more days (2 weeks ago).
Update: 32 days and still waiting. No response other than the bull**** one above. What an embarassment of a company
Reply to BCL: you are correct, I did not receive your out of stock email but if you tell me the date sent I will look again. I re-iterate, all items I ordered were listed as in stock when I ordered. Just give me a refund. 39 days and counting, absolute joke. Update to latest reply: Andy I have not discussed BCL on social media, so I don't know where you are getting that nonsense from. Adios.
