BEWARE OF SMARTCARE. communication is zero
The garage fixed the car, it was more expensive by £500 then quoted, possibly genuine reason i guess, by this time i'd lost the will, however, my gripe is communication by smartcare, i couldnt get any response to emails or the phone line is left unanswered, 25minutes, 35 minutes even 50 minutes and no one answered on the 3 occasions, i had a text saying work is completed please collect your vehicle before 17.00 , it hadnt been started waste of a taxi fare there and back. The only communication that is prompt is the payment required. Smartcare will reply now and ask to call them to chat about it :) like they would actually answer. garage was 3-4 starts , Smartcare 0.
