BEWARE OF SMARTCARE. communication is zero

The garage fixed the car, it was more expensive by £500 then quoted, possibly genuine reason i guess, by this time i'd lost the will, however, my gripe is communication by smartcare, i couldnt get any response to emails or the phone line is left unanswered, 25minutes, 35 minutes even 50 minutes and no one answered on the 3 occasions, i had a text saying work is completed please collect your vehicle before 17.00 , it hadnt been started waste of a taxi fare there and back. The only communication that is prompt is the payment required. Smartcare will reply now and ask to call them to chat about it :) like they would actually answer. garage was 3-4 starts , Smartcare 0.

So far i had the aa guy out after a…

So far i had the aa guy out after a breakdown, took the car to a designated aa garage paid the,40 quid fee, apparently the quote for repairs comes through smartcare, i chased the day after and the guy said they submitted the quote to the aa now otsxthe 3rd day and nothing from the aa. They dont answer the phone or reply to emails, in 8 years i never needed the aa now i see how poor they are. Time to change, now ill collect my car and take it somewhere else. Shocking.

finance sorted in a day!!!!

I enquired with car finance 24/7 about a car i saw , by the end of the day i had signed for the finance and the garage was getting the car mot'd and serviced for a couple of days time. easy, last time i had car finance was 10 years ago its so much easier now, theres even an app so you can see what you still owe. good luck!

if you are on the fence and lookingat factoring...........

We had problems getting money in as quick as we needed from good, but late paying customers so sought to factor some invoices, and so after a recommendation we went with Bibbys. It was an easy process we need help with cashflow and were quite honest with the probelms we faced and they helped us accordingly. We have used them for nearly a year and it has made our lives much easier and and the stress levels have dropped massivley, they released some cash almost immediatley and we had no problems at all, there is always someone around to help, think finance and banking and you think stuffy telesales people, Bibbys are real people whom you get to know, the main ladies i speak to are Elise and Dee and are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and if a doddering 56 year old tech scared grandad can work the portal then anyone can. Honestly, lovely friendly helpful people, it really makes a difference. I looked at many others and made the right choice, and they love baby photos and dogs, whats not to like? Elise and Dee, Thank you.

ALFIE HALL was our contact

ALFIE HALL was our contact, i explained what i wanted the loan for and was realistic in the amount and what we could afford, he just went off then and done his stuff, found us approval very quickly , not a bad rate and we accept theres a brokers fee which to be honest in our opinion is worth it as without EJ we would have wasted time trying to find the right lender. despite thre xmas hols we got paid out within a day or two of our enquiry. spot on service.

Fast cash and easy process

Fast cash and easy process, Charlotte was spot on and quick to respond to my non IT skills. There are lots of ways to raise cash but this is the fastest. Borrow what you need and use it when you need it , simple. I saw mainly positive reviews and any negatives seem to be from people who cant pay it back or fall behind. Cant pay it back don't borrow it. :) . Ask for Charlotte, she makes it easy and always pleasant. :) big thumbs up from a person who doesnt normally do reviews unless its a bad one.

Garden set arrived missing the stools…

Garden set arrived missing the stools and cover we phoned them and they said they didn't have them in stock but still Sent it incomplete anyway. We agreed on a partial refund of 150.00. My wife then realised we were two cushions short phoned them again and they said they couldn't help as we already agreed a partial refund and couldn't help. The customer service is rubbish, we won't buy again. Useless and unhelpful. So no we have a 999.00 garden suite that looks like it's half finished..

I am sorry to hear about the issues which you have experienced with your order. This is not the service that we aim to provide our customers. I apologise for any frustration and inconvenience caused by this.

I can assure you that orders will not be sent out with items/parts knowingly missing. When it was advised that we had no stock of this item we were referring to the stock levels in our warehouse which meant that we would not be able to offer a replacement. I am sorry if this was not explained thoroughly thus causing confusion. I can see that a discount to keep was offered and accepted instead. I appreciate that you have advised there were more missing parts however as a discount to keep was offered for missing parts and accepted we would not look to assist further as we have already processed a gift card for some money back due to the missing parts in the order.

I apologise if you are unhappy with the service you have received on this occasion. We hope you will consider shopping with the Range in the future as we would like the opportunity to prove that this was not indicative of the service we offer. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by your experience.

Don't be put others. TRyan it . I'm glad I did

I was offered 2900 though their email about.right for a car in mint I thought . But mine had a few marks.and scuffs and I only had one key . They were no fussier than a private buyer who would have kicked the tyres and wasted.time before walking away anyway. I got 2400 .fair as I would have sold for 2500 and it would have.cost me.to sell as well as sitting on my drive for a month or more. Assessment was fair and transparent and Andy groom from Wolverhampton office was polite and honest with no pressure and no feeling of getting ripped off at all.Easy peasy. Give it a whirl , you can always say no.
