Excellent CS once you get past annoying recorded preamble!
I’ve always found the staff at RCI really easy to talk to and very patient, although the pre recorded preamble is very annoying and not necessary to be so long!
However, once you’re through, I spoke to Kit today and he was fabulous, very patient when I’d forgotten all my log ins and then forgot them again! I’m pretty sure I’ll be reinvesting once my policy matures and that’ll be in part due to the customer service. It’s rare nowadays to speak to someone who listens and doesn’t constantly try and sell you something! Well done RCI and Kit
