I had a major issue with the first key. I was sent another but that failed too. Rather than mess about with multiple keys i was refunded and i reordered. Everything worked this time so great and thanks

One of our PC's corrupted during a Wondows udate, surprise. When we recovered the PC and got it working agian the backups were not working. I raised a trouble ticket with Backup Vault and got a nigh on instantaneous response and cure. Many thanks Rob. a top company to deal with

Had a problem with a product key that just stopped working. reported it on a Sunday fully expecting to go through some protracted and lengthy toing and froing on the Monday and was over the mooon when I got a response within half an hour and a new product key. Great service

Simple process cables arrived quickly. Have not installed them all yet but quality looks goid
