The greenhouse Woodpecker just installed is absolutely brilliant it could not be better. The greenhouse looks fantastic in the back garden, its cedar frame and dark grey features are outstanding. It is really well made. The installation was extremely efficient. The ordering process from the start, at the Hampton Court Garden show, to finish was very efficient and the delivery and installation was made on the day originally stated.

I have just had a pair of Colourfence gates installed by Patrick (Colourfence Bedford). He has done an excellent job, the gates look superb. The gates match the fencing Patrick installed on an earlier job. I thank Patrick for another excellent job. I must recommend Patrick and Colour Fence.

The card arrived 3 days late, I would guess due to poor service from royal mail.

Through Brentham Furniture I ordered 2 Tetrad Sofas. The sales process was excellent and I received considerable help in ordering the furniture. I had expected a considerable delivery time for my bespoke order but the furniture arrived early. The sofas from Tetrad are excellent very comfortable. I had ordered extra scatter cushions and this makes a considerable difference.
All in all a brilliant service from Brentham Furniture which I will be using again and I would highly recommend this company.

I must thank Patrick (Colourfence Bedford) for the installation of my Colourfence. The fence being installed was quite long but the installation went amazingly fast with the whole thing completed, with Patrick's hard work, quicker than estimated. The fence was installed just as requested with no problems even so the fence-line was tricky near some 'redundant' trees. The installed fence is fantastic, far better than I expected it to be. Such excellent service.
I could not be more delighted with the resulting fence.

Having tried to renew my driving licence on-line with DVLA but not successfully as they had not sent a reminder the the licence was out of date the system stated a new photo was required. I was directed to use a PDF filler system for the D1 form. Went though this long winded process only to find they wanted an annual payment to the third party PDFfiller system. Until payment was received it would not allow the saving or printout of the completed form. Added to this the company the DLVA supported tried to take payment and caused my credit card to be blocked.
Do not use this DVLA on-line system it is a complete waste of time. I will be going back to the old Post Office paper forms. The DVLA must have wasted £000s on this unusable system.

It was several months before departing when I thought there was a problem with my booking. All my telephone calls went unanswered, all my emails were ignored. A few weeks before departing my booking was cancelled.
The customer service at cottages.com was nonexistence / abysmal.

I particularly requested a call 24hrs before delivery, this did not happen resulting in the oil tank being locked when the delivery driver arrived. He was considerably delayed until he contacted me to unlock the tank.
This is the first time this problem has occurred, the delivery driver told me Boilerjuice had change the notification arrangements.
