Excellent customer service and a quality product. Gavin helped with the measurements to ensure we had the right dimensions and talked through the specifications. Couldn’t be happier with our new mattress- only wish we had purchased this at the beginning of the summer.

Ryan was pleasant to deal with and an all round good guy. It was just disappointing ting to find two marks on the rear seats still present after being advised these would clean out and also disappoin ting to find only one key for a 2 year old car - we all know what would have happened if we were trading in and only one key given!!!!

We stayed at Cayton bay from 1st until the 5th May and had a pleasant stay in the main. It was our second visit to this site and a different experience to the first one with lots of noise. I can only write from a personal perspective but i enjoy the CAMC sites for cleanliness and tranquility. The facilities were good and generally clean but peace and tranquility wasn’t how i would describe Cayton Bay. The experience was more akin to a Haven site with music playing loudly outside and then a one man band brought in to entertain the campers on the Saturday! I know that if i had been playing music as loud as the bar and chip shop sheds were i would be asked to turn them down and respect other campers. I see that as a two way street rather than licence for the staff to party and enjoy themselves to my detriment. If you are looking for peace and quiet maybe this isn’t the site for you.

Excellent service - arrived when they said and did a thorough job cleaning the DPF filter and tweaking my engine. I will definitely use DPF-Pro again - really pleased and thank you.

I had a delivery from F&M on 22.12.23 which was incorrect and i was advised by F&M to refuse the delivery and send it back. Driver Daniel refused this and left package. F&M then arranged collection that same day with Daniel the named collection driver - he didn’t turn up. F&M then arranged collection on 27th December with Daniel being the named driver collecting between 11:54 and 12;54. He failed to collect the item but following the link it said he had been and advised nothing to collect despite item being left in a safe designated place. Again F&M arranged a follow up collection on 28th December between 09:13 and 17:00 but again no collection and the link said that collection driver advised nothing to collect. F&M have now arranged a 4th collection on the 29th December, what are the chances…..??

I made an enquiry about fuel cards and was pleasantly surprised by the savings that could be made. Ryan provided me with all of the information to make an informed choice, although truth be know there wasn’t a choice - i needed a fuel card as soon as i could get one. A fantastic service and can’t wait to see the savings amass

I purchased a two year old van from Peugeot in Chesterfield which was a great experience. After two days of driving I noticed there was a vibration at speed when turning. I contracted the garage to ask if I could get this booked in but was advised by the salesman that he needed to see the van before it could be booked into the garage for a technician to assess and rectify. I agreed that I could go in the following day between 4 and 5pm and when I arrived at the dealership I was advised it was the salesman's day off. I spoke to someone else who said I should simply speak to the service department and ask them to look at it. I have done this and await the outcome. I have awarded a one star because I believe that is what the salesman deserves and after care. It is easy to sell something but great service is how you look after those people after the sale to encourage them to return. Not sure that I will return.

Love our boiler it’s made such a difference to hot water flow and heating our house super efficiently
We went for a larger model than we needed which cost more money but I believe this to be the best route even though a smaller model would adequately heat our house. Really pleased and would recommend to my mother

A good job completed and even though our loft was insulated there is definitely a marked improvement since having a top up of loft insulation installed.
