sadly the plants this time were not very good. One probably will not survive and another two are infested and not good quality. I have scored two because on the positive side, they were very responsive when I complained and gave me a discount voucher - which I will probably have to use to replace the dead plants. This is sad because in the past they have been great.

Confermo che alcune piante sono arrivate a destinazione con segnature fogliari poco estetiche ma che abbiamo escluso completamente la presenza di problematiche fungine e parassitarie, anche perchè le piante vengono regolarmente trattate presso il nostro Vivaio. Nella pratica di assistenza aperta nei giorni scorsi abbiamo poi con lei accordato un buono sconto senza scadenza che potrà utilizzare sul sito per acquistare le stesse o altre piante, a sua completa discrezione.
Se avesse bisogno di ricevere ulteriore assistenza e aiuto, le ricordiamo che il nostro servizio clienti è sempre disponibile.
Of the two orders made at the same time one was deiivered early the next morning which was wonderfulm but the second not delivered until quite late in the day. The email notifications were useful, but there were quite a few of them, I think it would have been enough to let me know when they had been delivered rather than the two or three telling me they were in the process. overall happy and will use the service again
Perfect. The products are high quality. The delivery was as promised. Communication was very clear. I will definitely use Cavanna Biscuits again thank you

Il servizio è stato molto buono. I prodotti sono arrivati tempestivamente e ben confezionati e imballati. Sono stato lieto di ricevere un'e-mail che offre supporto in caso di problemi. Tutte le piante erano di buona qualità e stanno andando bene.
I think you are GREAT! It me and my husband opened a joint account and euro accounts in minutes - whilst on our way out to dinner!! You reply to emails, we see real people and we are now planning to move one of our business accounts to Starling too... You really seem to get that we are customers, we have choices and you are looking after our money... this is so different and so refreshing from most banks you are in a league of your own!
I would recommend the Kenilworth branch for excellent customer service and the company as a whole for good quality products, at excellent prices and a strong commitment to customer service. Will always be back
