Didn’t come same day as promised, couldn’t get hold of them the following day to cancel. Not very professional in my opinion.

I’m delighted with Stepchange. This month is my final payment and then I will be debt free! They took the weight off my shoulders, sorted out everything, without them I fear I may have taken an irreversible step in the wrong direction. I will never get myself into such a situation again thanks to them.
