Review of Eneba

Never had any problems with codes from Eneba and they're usually cheaper than buying direct from steam.

Just picked up BL2 for £36 when it's 50 quid on steam. You can't go wrong.

Codes are always delivered quickly, too.

Review of CyberPowerPC UK

Good fast service

Good fast service, bought a PC a couple of years ago and had no issues.

Bought another PC which was assembled quickly and even got a free upgrade on the motherboard due to the one I selected not working with the system. Cyberpowerpc kept me informed the whole time.

Would strongly recommend.

Review of Oakfield Estate Agents

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Unless!

Oakfields are a terrible letting agent for property owners and renters.

They have left our house in disrepair for months claiming "they're were waiting for the damage to dry" and then had 2 contractors show up to inspect the house without any warning. And this is not the first time we've had work men show up with no prior warning. In fact, no contact is generally the way Oakfields do business.

And previously once the work had been completed, it was then never inspected and usually done poorly.

They had the cheek to charge £50 for a tennacy update but the only thing I can see that I paid for was incompetence. As it took them a month to update the tennacy and then once again they didn't bother to tell me the update was completed

Review of CycloTricity

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Lazy, terrible and incompetent.

Bought a bike that broke within six months and when I tried to return it I was told it wasn't their responsibility.

Spent a month going back and forwards between Cyclotricity and Generation electric before one of them took responsibility.

Was told by a customer service agent (Conner Gibb) to "do my own research" and that he wouldn't help me with the problem.

Naturally, I asked to put in a complaint but this too, was completely ignored.

So avoid this company at all costs

I can't reply to the below comment but just for any customers that sees this.

Cyclotricity claim that all bikes have a year warranty and yet, as you can see below, they deny even having a six month warranty.

Also, it is uk law for all electronic goods to have a year warrenty. So I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Dear Gary,
I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. But certain requests are beyond reasonable. You asked to return a broken bike that you've used extensively for 6 months. All bikes develop faults at some point, which is why regular servicing is recommended by all bike suppliers.

Our return policy is one of the most accommodating in the cycling industry. But even we can't extend it to 6 months!

We do, however, offer a 1 year warranty policy so that if your bike develops a fault we'll send you the spares needed at no expense to you.
Please contact us at mail@cyclotricity.com for any repair/warranty queries.

Easy to use website

Easy to use website, very fast and efficient work.

Haven't received the PC yet but if it arrives in working order then it will be a perfect score.

Review of GAME

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Trying to game in Game.

Although the staff a very friendly they are unfortunately forced to up sell every terrible new game that is released.

Often I'll walk in looking for a RPG, ask a staff member and then be offered a Call Of Duty game.

Game are also very bad for trading. They will sell you a game for £20 and offer you £3 for a trade in the very next day.

In my personal opinion I believe that game should have been shut down years ago and gamestation ( an excellent game shop) should have stayed.

Review of POP telecom

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Absolutely appalling!

We got Pop Telecoms internet service when we first moved into our new flat and it was slow but realible for about 2 months.

After that we experienced extremely slow speeds and up to 30 drop outs a day. After being completely fed up with the service I called Pop Telecom and they offered to send an engineer, this did not fix the problem. I rang Pop Telecom time and time again but the staff were rude and just didn't care and didn't seem to know what they were talking about. Several time we were even told they would phone back, yet days later still hadn't.

I finally told them I was done and they had the audacity to ask for a £50 leaving charge for a service that was either slow or non-existent. They told me they could fix it but I was still paying the full bill each month and hadn't been offered any compensation, so I told them I would not pay.

After a few more months of phone calls I asked to speak to a director who finally decided to let me go free of charge.

I then got a phone call from Jack at Pop Telecom (the man who agreed to let me go free of charge) asking how I would pay my leaving fee. I told him I was told I could go free of charge and that he had agreed this and finally I was realsed from this terrible company.

I have since changed to BT who have given me 6 times faster speeds for less money.

In short do not have Pop Telecom as your internet provider.
