After breaking down I rang the breakdown line. The operator was polite and helpful, asking lots of questions. It did take a while for the breakdown mechanic to arrive, but aftera few minutes realised our car was not going to start. He loaded the car onto his truck and took us home. The car wasn't fixed and we took it to a local garage the next day where it was repared. Overall I was quite pleased with our experience.

When my parcel was delivered to a different address I though my product was lost, but this company, as a gesture of good will resent me my order. I was overwhelmed at their generosity, and kindness. I was very pleased with the product and will definitely be using the company again very soon.
