We’re very sorry your order was cancelled. Because we deal in unique, one-off pieces, very rarely an item can be misplaced in our stock room. It’s the reality of running a business at scale, but we know it’s frustrating when it happens.

In these cases we always issue a full refund straight away, and we’re continually improving our systems to keep these occurrences as rare as possible.
