Very comprehensive and prompt response from Sam. The entire process of booking an overseas trip took less than an hour. Clearly had a good knowledge of the area, via his colleagues.

Let me know early when the delivery would be and then kept to the 3 hour window provided. On the actual day they narrowed the window to 30 mins.
The delivery guys set the sofa up and took the packaging, with no fuss.

Good service on-line, all fairly standard compared to other suppliers. Delivery was via Royal Mail and was on time.
Only issue was they offered a 10% discount for new customers who signed up for an account. Once that was done it could not be applied as there was already a discount applied to the lenses. It did not make this point clear when signing up!
Otherwise, everything was fine.

Generally the actual product is fine. However, if you need to make a call, it's awful, wait times are always more than 30 mins. Personnel have no real flexibility to help, they just quote a process, with no discretion to actually make a decision.
Deals are still better for new customers than for existing customers, you should endeavour to retain what you've got, it's far cheaper than having a high turnover of customers.
Overall, the product is reasonable, the service and focus on the customer is poor.
