Words cannot even begin to explain the exemplary attitude of Nick and Gary during their visit to our flat. From the Moment Nick walked in the flat, his face and whole body language was respectful and approachable.
He explained in detail the reason for his visit and the procedure installing the broadband. Nick left to get the tools needed for the work.

The atmosphere in the flat with these two was incredible. I was on the phone at the time and I could hear them talking in a very relaxed manner, laughing and giggling in a low voice. Walked out after my telephone call and met Gary. Turned round, looked at me and said hello in the most sincere and genuine manner.

At the end of the installation, Gary had to go back downstairs to get me a filter for the phone line with a smile on his face.

I was very worried when a scammer sold a counterfeit Burberry belt and was adamant it was genuine. Moreover, it was my first purchase on Depop.

I’ve been using eBay to buy and sell goods for over 10 years and I am conversant with the rules of working out a dispute between seller and buyer. Tried to resolve the issue with the seller to no avail.

Contacted Depop customer support instead of raising a dispute due to the complexity of raising a dispute directly. That was the only downside.

I was very satisfied with the way the support team dealt with the matter. To cut long story short, Depop refunded me in full and also refunded the return postage cost. What more can you ask for?

Excellent and efficient service from these guys. I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews and that got me worried after my purchase. In short, the professionalism and efficiency of Depop was remarkable.

Finally, I believe these guys are trying their best. It’s very difficult to track these fraudsters on Depop. Moreover, eBay also has fraudsters trying to rip buyers off. In addition, I’ve encountered similar issues on eBay but I had PayPal to save me. So please let’s give these guys a chance. I’m still with Depop and bought a genuine Gucci belt post the counterfeit Burberry belt.

Why is Halfords waiting a week before they process your refund after a cancelled service? According to their written policy, it can take up to 30 days to process your refund.

Someone here please help because I’m lost. I know about the 3 to 5 working days refund policy but why does Halfords have to wait 5 working days in my case and then I received the email saying “thanks for contacting us, your refund has been processed” and now I have to wait another 3 to 5 working days. What if I was out of pocket thinking my money will be in my account in 3 to 5 working days and now this. Please explain Halfords.

Most useless company I have ever dealt with. Still no response from Simon Jersey. Ordered 2 sets of scrubs but they only sent the trousers and not the top. I have sent an email last week and still no response. I tried calling their number to no avail. I will be returning your 2 trousers back and please refund me back my money.
