Review of loveholidays UK
Booked a room at Anthony's complex, now known as Kavos central, through Love Holidays , Ref LOV8558638U. The economy room was so bad we refused to stay in it and returned the keys to the rude owner/manager on arrival. When we complained to Love holidays asking for a full refund of £202.20 we were eventually offered a derisory offer of £55.05. The complaints team took over 28 days to come to their decision and could only be contacted by email, no telephone option available. We were also asking for some compensation for the stress caused by having to find alternative accommodation at such short notice and the added expense of having to pay for the new room. When I complained about their insulting offer they told me firmly that was their final offer. Please be warned Loveholidays are not a member of ABTA so it is very hard to raise a complaint. I will never use Loveholidays again.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied with the level of service provided to you post booking, along with any further disappointment incurred at the hotel. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared and noted as we endeavour to improve our service in the future.
I can see that this has now been fully investigated by our Post Travel team, and a total of 25% of your hotel cost was offered as compensation. Unfortunately as a booking agent we have strict compensation guidelines we have to adhere to based on the amount the accommodation supplier is willing to refund. I appreciate that this wasn't the resolution you were hoping for and I apologise for any disappointment caused.

Booked through Loveholidays (LOV8558638U) who used Hotelbeds Switzerland AG to provide our accommodation ref no.436-6317966. The room was in Anthony's complex, now known as Kavos central. The room was so bad we refused to stay in it. We complained to Loveholidays who refunded us a derisory £55.05 even though the room cost us £202.20. Love holidays blamed hotelbeds for the insulting refund as they said there was nothing wrong with the economy room.If the room had been of a reasonable standard then we would have obviously stayed their. There is no email address for customers to contact hotelbeds on.
