Booked through Loveholidays (LOV8558638U) who used Hotelbeds Switzerland AG to provide our accommodation ref no.436-6317966. The room was in Anthony's complex, now known as Kavos central. The room was so bad we refused to stay in it. We complained to Loveholidays who refunded us a derisory £55.05 even though the room cost us £202.20. Love holidays blamed hotelbeds for the insulting refund as they said there was nothing wrong with the economy room.If the room had been of a reasonable standard then we would have obviously stayed their.
