I have used more natural deodorants in the past and to be honest haven't been impressed. I developed a different under arm odour that wasn't pleasant so I was reluctant to try another. But try I did knowing I could cancel anytime if I wasn't happy.
The product arrived, all very environmentally friendly packaging along with instructions (I have to admit to struggling a bit to insert the deodorant into the holder) until I watched a video on how to do it and saw I missed a vital step.
So I've been using this for a few weeks now and it's brilliant. No marks, no odd odour, just clean and fresh even after exercise. So now I know what all the fuss is about with Fussy. I'd definitely recommend and I'm happy to subscribe and try some new fragrances.

Pinnacle Surveyors recently surveyed our home for a Help to Buy Redemption. The surveyor we had was Kevan Hurst. He was professional and friendly, he explained the process well and we had a report within 48 hours.
Unfortunately we had some issues with our solicitor which caused delays and, therefore the survey itself expired. The team at Pinnacle were super helpful in organising an extension to the survey. Another delay meant that Homes England wouldn't accept the extension once expired again and at the last minute Pinnacle were able to prepare a survey document that Homes England would accept thus allowing us to complete the sale of our home, payback the Help to Buy loan and move house. Without their compassion and commitment to help we truly believe we would still be waiting.
The surveyor did his due diligence and really made us feel we were in good hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team at Pinnacle Surveyors.

Moving house is so stressful and often you come across hurdles and obstacles, which happened to us with delay after delay.
Megan at Home Move couldn't have been more helpful. She listened to our issues and understood the stress we were under and too it upon herself to find some solutions for us. Not only that, but she rang back when she said she would and also checked in with us to ensure everything was in order. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Move as they clearly employ great staff, especially Megan. Thank you.

I have enjoyed using Vinted with the exception of their poor customer service. I have had items removed for breaching community standards and listing prohibited items!!! The said items were 3 canvas prints set. I appealed and this was still classed as breaching the rules. I even found and screenshot the exact same items that were for sale and again this was upheld. So unjust and so frustrating. Its made me think twice about using this.

Before this experience I would have recommended Vinted but am really offended by them.

I was trying to order blinds for a front door and a landing window and I was confused about fittings. There was an option via the Chat function (WhatsApp) to get some advice (on a Sunday). It was really easy to use. I spoke to Mia who, once I'd shared some pics, was able to advise me on the best options. We also talked about the Click-to-go Header system and she also shared the fitting guides, which are really helpful.
I really appreciated the advice as I would have needlessly ordered something that I didn't need. I have gone ahead and ordered the two blinds I had chosen. I have trust in the company having spoken to a representative and I am reassured I've ordered correctly and am looking forward to receiving the blinds.

Jordan and the team at ETS are so polite, professional and extremely helpful. They are so accomodating and explain things without coming across as patronising. In the past I've felt very intimidated at garage's but my experiences here are always so positive. I feel really confident that I'm driving away in a safe vehicle having received good quality service. I recommend ETS to all my friends, family and colleagues.

Do not use Wowcher. I am kicking myself. I purchased two Christmas tree shaped advent calendars which have taken ages to arrive (from China). They are made from balsa wood and very brittle. The pieces that are made to stabilise the tree do not fit into the holes they're meant to slot into it. In addition they are printed with someone else's name on them (so much for personalisation)!.
I've tried to complain but realise that wowcher do not make that easy but apparently I'm a VIP customer and therefore they'll get back to me in 24 hours!!
I hardly want to admit to this but was expecting the mini bottles of wine that are pictured on the advert but clearly that was too good to be true (yes I feel embarrassed)!

Avoid at all costs - not pretty, not well made, expensive and a waste of money!

I went back to Eden Tyres, Burton on Trent for our MOT as I'd had such a positive experience before when I got a puncture. Unfortunately the car failed but everything was explained and I was given options without any pressure at all to get the work done. All the work was done quickly and efficiently and Rich took the trouble to talk me through it all. The complimentary drinks whilst you wait was a nice touch. I've been to other garages where I'm made to feel a stupid woman and have felt intimidated but the team go out of their way to be friendly and put me at ease straight away.
As a result I recommend Eden Tyres in Burton to all my friends and family and will go back again. Thanks guys - keep up the great work.

Delicious and generous food delivered in recyclable packaging. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried so far. Delicious, quick (ish) and so easy when you haven’t had time to prepare a meal from scratch.

I thought that the customer service was excellent as I had reason to contact them thinking I’d not received my order. They offered to send a replacement straight away without question. However I found the voucher thankfully and let them know and I got an email straight away to confirm. All very efficient and polite and personable. Well done Find Me A Gift

I received a beautifully made Christmas tree decoration - the peacock. The colours are gorgeous and beading is lovely. It arrived well packaged and just as I expected. I would have bought more but felt it was just a tad pricey.

Who would have thought I could cook!! I've really enjoyed cooking up a storm in Coxies Kitchen and even though the rest of the family haven't all enjoyed the recipes, I sure have!
