I made a mistake when creating my order and I contacted support. I've never had such fast communication from a company. The problem was immediately solved. The product is yet to arrive but I've ordered from them in the past and I know I'll love it this time too.
Review of Sellpass
Overall, I've had a really good experience with Sellpass so far, and I feel like over time the platform will keep improving. Generally, everything was effortless and simple, however, I had a few key issues:
1. The support response time is slow. My account has an issue that could risk me being locked out, and I've gone 4 days without a response.
2. I found it impossible to link my discord. Trying to link my account always resulted in an endlessly loading page.
3. I'd appreciate a better explanation of how the dynamic webhook works.
Great platform but I'm really hoping to see it improve. This review is definitely subject to change as it develops.

We've been taking steps to improve our support response times across timezones and for businesses on all subscription levels, expect some sweeping changes once our version three launches.
Regarding our Discord integration, we understand that we may have complicated this with the existing system of manually linking your account via https://dashboard.sellpass.io/settings/security. This is something we've simplified in our upcoming version three.
You can link your Discord account with the link above (for the existing version two), if you're experiencing any issues please contact us via our live chat and ask for an engineering escalation.
If you're selling access to software, or any other product type off platform, then the dynamic webhook is best suited for you. We fire webhooks to your endpoint, so if you're selling digital products that don't require any extra engineering step, we recommend not using that product type.

The products were delivered quickly, and they were exactly as described. At the time of my order, the pay-by-card method was broken which caused some difficulty, but otherwise flawless.
Overall, definitely the best shop of this type I've ever had the pleasure of using.

Has lost or delayed 4 out of 6 parcels that have ended up with them ove the past year. "Investigations" did absolutely nothing to find them. Useless company, avoid at all costs.

I've got a pretty unusual vape, Wizzman MiniBeeper, which is designed in china. Usually takes ages for a new set of coils to arrive thanks to the postage time. Luckily, these guys stock the right pods! Huge timesaver. Only downside is the colours that come in a box, but honestly that's the manufacturer's fault not these guys. Great inventory, great service.

The interface is well designed and the Customer service was brilliant, i had some big issues with a game and they gave lots of helpful advice and after it still wouldn't work the were nice enough to give me a refund.
i will definitely be getting more games on this site. Although i do thing GOG Galaxy needs some work.
