Pros: Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly and (generally) helpful. No sales pressure. Allowed us (family of 4) a test drive unescorted. Cons: Let us down very badly on "collection day". They had a whole week to prep the car and decided it needed an MOT on "Collection Day"(?). We were accomodatin and went for lunch for an hour. On return, the car had a "loose usb port" they needed to fix. I walked out and told them to deliver the car to me on "Collection Day" if they wanted to conclude the deal. We were waiting all day and at 5pm they declined to deliver as "traffic is busy". They delivered the following day with a full tank of fuel by way of apology. But the collection experience was ruined. Car is great though.

I struggled a little with the instructions but got there in the end.

Placing the advert with Autotrader couldn't have been easier.

Top marks to Bennett’s for investing in enough staff to answer the phone promptly AND employing intelligent staff who are a) intelligent and b) can think and act beyond a ‘script’. Full marks.

I ordered an Akaso V50 Elite camera on 27-Oct-22. It arrived on 1-Nov-22. Item was correct model and new. I was very concerned after reading reviews on Trustpilot; after I ordered! But all went well. Only niggle was Amazon asked for a 6 digit passcode before handing over the package, which I had to ask FBA Support for, and got within 24 hours, in time for Amazon's re-delivery.

I went with the £70 "advert until sold" option, which was wise as it took several weeks for my 1998 XKR to sell. Because, I think, it has a small market and it was at the high end of the price range. It sold on the second viewing to an enthusiastic buyer at close to the advertised price.

After a slight admin misunderstanding Sibulele swiftly got us back on track and renewed for another year at a VERY competitive price. It makes a refreshing change to be able to renew with the same car insurer year after year because they remain competitive on price. They were also SUPER easy to deal with whem I had a car stolen last year. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Quick delivery. Great value. Good quality. FYI not 100% fit in my 2015 XJL Autobiogaphy cos I have a ‘lump’ in the nearside boot ‘well’(?) where mat expects it to be flat, which it probably is in most models! Rest of the boot (95%) fits perfectly. Strongly recommended.

Lads at the Astley Centre were diligent and efficient. They did a 4 wheel alignment, which is a rare service to find.

5 stars for Delivery drivers, especially Darren Bradley, who help as much as they can when we are short-handed. 4 stars for Calor's Stock Management system, which struggles to meet demand; espcially Patio gas.

I was skeptical but it worked. PSN code was available within 20 minutes. And £9 cheaper than RRP. What's not to like?

Quick and efficient service; once you get through. Only confusing that they operated both the contract I cancelled and the new contract; both with the same supplier but at a slightly cheaper rate. Maybe their 'panel' didn't get me the best renewal rate initially, or I was just 'lucky' to catch a better offer that particular day? Who knows. Bit of a faff.

Chap who looked after us; Mo; was knowledgeable, so far as Sofology trained him. Apparently ‘country of manufacture’ and wood used in the structure isn’t part of the training. Mo was helpful rather than pushy. Lot of staff loitering; not enough customers for them over Christmas. We found a comfier sofa than at SCS or Harvey’s and placed an Order. Ordering process was a bit of a slog.
