I never received my order from Barry's and my emails asking for an update were ignored. My previous experience of Barry's has been good but after this, I will not be ordering from them again. I had to ask PayPal to step in and request a full refund.

My experience with this pet shop was extremely poor. After 10 days, I contacted them to ask where my order was. I was told that my query would be passed onto the dispatch team. Five hours later I received an email cancelling my order with the comments 'hope to see you back soon'. My response to this is 'I really don't think so'..... this is an awful way to treat customers and I definitely would not recommend them. I was relying on this order to feed my guinea pigs as my usual supplier has been experiencing supply issues...thankfully I managed to get their food elsewhere.

Can't fault Music Magpie, fast delivery and CD in great condition.

APC delivered my parcel on time though a little advance warning would have been good as I was only notified 15 minutes prior to delivery. Otherwise no complaints and good service.

I placed my first online order with Morrisons for click and collect this week. I collected it yesterday, there were a number of items unavailable and 4 substitutes made. I've previously ordered from Tesco and ASDA who match the price substitutions. I was therefore shocked to find out that Morrisons don't do this and only found out once if returned home and realised I'd been charged a lot more than I was expecting. I wouldn't have minded but the 4 substitutions ended up costing me £8 more than the original items. I raised this with their customer services department asking to
return the items and received a blunt reply that I couldn't. It was not it made clear at any point that it would cost me extra and the substituted items weren't even listed on my final receipt.

I don't think Morrisons deserve even a one star rating. I definitely won't be shopping with them again or recommending them to family and friends.

Highly recommended in both the coffee and service provided. Super fast delivery which was really appreciated especially in these times of self isolation. The taste of the coffee is exceptional and probably the best I've ever tasted.

My CDs arrived just days so after ordering. It was easy to order online and especially convenient to pay by PayPal. The selection of music is vast and at really great prices.
