Everything went well from initial booking to the flights. Flight attendants were helpful and friendly, food served was good quality. The only let down was the cost of bringing cases, extra to ensure you can take your carry case on board and having to pay to choose seating, I realise most airlines now incur these charges.

I have always found the customer service people to be friendly and helpful, it is good to speak to a person rather than a machine. Delivery has always been on time, even through covid. I had an issue with an Iquos pen bought on ebay, it was replaced efficiently, without any hassle.

Difficulty making card payment and over one hour waiting for call to be answered then cut off by male. Rang back, lovely girl took payment and item was with me the next day. Well packaged and quality food.

Immediately he was made aware that the item hadn't arrived, he posted it 24 hour express mail. The bags are excellent quality and I will order more in the future.

I accidentally booked the car park for 2 days short. I realised immediately and before even getting my confirmation I sent an email requesting a 2 day extension. I received a very prompt reply explaining this wasn't possible. I rang and spoke to a girl, her name sounded like Kerry, she went the extra mile for me and resolved my problem in less than 5 minutes. It is service like this that will ensure I return again with my custom. Please pass my thanks and appreciation to the advisor and apologise as I asked her to repeat her name and didn't want to ask again when I still didn't pick it up right.
