Easy to walk around the huge store and try out the many sofas. Having chosen the sofa it was easy to place the order.
Only thing that was a bit much was delivery fee.

It was so very easy to book a ferry crossing using the website. Great choice of routes and multiple sailings per day gave me a good choice of holiday start and finish times

Rang Bolsover to check on a cruise that I'd seen from another company in the weekend newspaper. The lady was so knowledgeable about the cruise, the itinerary, the ports, the ship etc so I booked there and then. The follow up was excellent and the company provides great service.
I would not hesitate to use them again

We had a query regarding a 10 pound prize that we hadn't received but after a quick phone call it was explained that the draw was made a couple of days before we actually joined however the man said that as a goodwill gesture they would credit us with 10 pounds. He was so very friendly on the phone and it was a pleasure talking to him

If the website was improved then it would have been 5 stars. The staff at the shop were very friendly and efficient

Ordered a spare wheel for my 2014 Honda Civic and asked a few questions on the phone which were very well answered. The new wheel and toolkit arrived a day earlier than promised and I was delighted to find a brand new Continental tyre on the wheel. Having tried the wheel on the car I found it fitted perfectly, the scissor jack worked perfectly and had an easy to use ratchet handle which is a great bonus. The only problem was with the extending wheel nut spanner which had a faulty ball bearing so the socket kept falling off. However a quick phone call to the company and they are sending a new spanner. What excellent customer service from an excellent company

Bought some 60mm deck lights to replace existing faulty ones from a different supplier. The quality of these new lights is superb with very solid casings and strong cabling with great quality connectors. The price is excellent and delivery was quick with excellent packaging. A query was resolved immediately and so I can thoroughly recommend this company

We originally booked the villa only and seperate flights but decided to move the complete package to Villa Plus which went very smoothly and even saved us a bit of money. Then we couldn't go on our original date in July so Villa Plus rebooked us into the neighbouring larger villa and rebooked flights so we could eventually travel in mid August. The help and assistance from the office staff was fantastic.
The villa itself was fabulous - great position, great decor, amazing pool and everything spotlessly clean - we could not have asked for more. Everyone who we had contact with was very Covid aware and we never felt compromised. It was a fantastic holiday and well done Villa Plus - will definitely book with them again

We ordered 2 blinds from this company and they were excellent - both the blinds and the staff we dealt with. The blinds are super easy to install and look fantastic

wanted some malaysian ringit so after a web search found that travelex gave a great rate and no delivery charge. Placed the order, was kept informed on delivery and the cash was delivered exactly on time - what more could you want !!

Called the AA patrol for a flat tyre and he also found damage on a second one so I needed 2 new tyres. He gave me a quote which was acceptable then booked me in for the following Monday morning - so far so good.
On Monday I had a call from a company saying sorry but they were fully booked and would need to postpone to Tuesday - they gave me a number to call AA but when I tried the number I got a line unuseable tone. So I went online to get another number for AA tyres. I rang for 15 minutes - no reply. After another 20 minutes I tried again and after about 8 minutes I eventually got through. Apparently the time booking by the AA patrolman was meaningless and they could not fit me in on his given date. I raged a bit (sorry AA man) but eventually accepted the new date.
The communications were awful although the final outcome was OK
