I’ve had multiple orders at Druids and product quality is always excellent. This was the first time i had a faulty product, i noticed after the first time i worn a new polo shirt that it had a torned seem at the sleeve (bought it just the week before). I Contacted Druids and sent some photos of the torned seem that i discovered after i had worn it once. Without hesitation Druids sent me a new polo. Top notch service.

Via de yelloh village app geboekt. Boeken gaat vrij eenvoudig, enige minpuntje was dat de button voor een stap terug, in de app niet werkt. Dus als je iets aan wilt passen kan je dus gewoon opnieuw beginnen.
Verder zou een betaaloptie via ideal een goede aanvulling zijn.

My returned items are stuck in Germany for almost 3 weeks now and expectedly longer, waiting for shipment to the uk. All this time i and probably other mainland customers have to wait to receive their exchange items or their money back. Not a proper return policy for mainland customers, this shouldn’t have to take so long.
