Ordered the cheese and wine box and afternoon tea for 2. Scones were dry and just crumbled. Cakes were minuscule and also dry. The icing had clumped they were so dry. 2 of the choux buns? Were inedible. Last time I order from them. Issues in past as well.

Expecting 2 cakes, 1 was delivered and 1 couldn’t be delivered as house couldn’t be found. Both were on same van. DPD couldn’t care less. Disgraceful attitude. Spoiled Easter for my granddaughter. Orders in future will be cancelled if this company are involved. Hope the driver choked on our cake 😡

Smart meter fitted for elderly dad. Now no hot water, was fine before meter. Eon don’t want to know, told us to get an electrician. 76 year old dad can’t afford that!. Now boiling kettles and carrying to bathroom for a wash ( very safe 😡) Nice one Eon. Will be taking this further....
