Very easy to get a quote that was a great price

We've had a dispute (neither mine, nor Wessex Water's fault specifically) that has been dragging on for a while. However, I've received excellent customer support all the way through and it's hugely refreshing to always be able to speak to a real person. Thank you.

I had a bit of a concern about being charged for an item that I shouldn't be charged for. And getting hold of someone to actually speak to was a challenge. However, once I finally did speak to someone, the issue was resolved satisfactorily and I was happy with the service.

Customer service could however be more accessible.
