Very disappointed
At the time of ordering, the website had the tag line "HURRY! FREE UK DELIVERY ENDS TONIGHT + SALE UP TO 70% OFF "
Despite this I was charged delivery. I queried this with Apricot and they said sale items didn't qualify for free delivery! I queried this response as the tag line did not indicate this and asked if they could tell me where on the website it said this (bearing in mind in the delivery section it says orders over £50 are also delivered free, which my order was) They failed to respond.
The items I ordered were disappointing and not a good fit so all items have been returned and I am awaiting a refund on the items. I am very unlikely to order online from Apricot again, which is a shame as I generally find clothes are of a good quality. In future I will go to the store where you can see the size and quality of the items (the items I ordered were obviously in the sale for a reason) and won't get stung with an unexpected delivery charge.
