As promised. Maybe actually put some signs up tho

My click/collect order was ready when promised, but finding the click and collect counter was an adventure. No signs up anywhere, that I could see. Asked in store and got some directions ("outside and around the corner"), but literally no indication until you got there, and even then I might just have walked away because someone else was standing in front of the one very small sign. Why not make it easier, for the people who want to give you money?

Got what I needed in good time

Got what I needed in good time. Good illustrations on the site so that I could confirm the product was what I needed, which was important as there were very many similar looking items.

Everything was fine

Everything was fine, except that at the collection point the terminal which issues the queue tickets asked me for a four-digit number, which you have not provided. The young woman at the counter dealt with it OK, and explained when I asked that this corresponded to the last four digits of the much longer number that you did send.

Product great, delivery not so much

The vendor part of this was fine: as described, delivered quickly.

The delivery point was terrible. Guy started yelling at me for some reason. I had my packet number ready, I had my ID ready - for which I was not asked, incidentally - but because I did not present the information he wanted, in the order he wanted it, he seemed to get pretty upset. This was my first time collecting from this store; I usually go to the Kvickly where I have never had any difficulty. Guess I should have stuck with them.

It all worked pretty well

It all worked pretty well, but it's not ideal to have the pickup point close at 1800.

It is up to the sender which pickup points or options they want to offer. I can see that we have pick up points in 1800, in this case the parcel was delivered to the delivery address chosen by the sender.

Agent customer service great, technical support upon which she and I each rely needs work.

The attention I received from the agent was fine. She followed up with the appropriate teams to get a definitive answer, which is absolutely her job and she did it perfectly.

So, to be clear, it is not on her that I didn't _get_ a definitive answer. I'm happy with the result that you should not expect a forwarding rule to forward an email _back_ to the address that it came from.

But, this should be stated clearly in the documentation, both that available to the user and agents. Although it's reasonable to assume that such 'bounceback' forwarding would never be needed in practice, it is _also_ reasonable to assume that a new, non-commercial domain owner (like me) might try it as a test, and that possibility could easily be confirmed or eliminated in the support script.

OK, according to the documentation I have from out hosting team, that will not work by design. An email cannot be automatically forwarded back to the address it came from. This is a safeguard against 'infinite loop' emails. Is there an alternate address from which you can send an email to test the forward?

It all just worked.

Even though the Valby Kvickly was shut due to an emergency, packets and letters were still being handed out efficiently at the door.
