Excellent service from the company. The plumber arrived promptly and took control of the situation and explained the problem and sorted out the leak. He was very thorough, polite and tidied up. However it is not cheap!

I'm afraid I have had a terrible experience. I bought two pans, a wok and a pan during Black Friday and as of second week of January, nothing.
The Store app says every single day for over a month that it is to be delivered today - but nothing. Customer service have told me it will be delivered tomorrow on repeated occasions but I can't believe them now. They did say they were short staffed - just some communication would help. Also there is no phone number so you just write emails into what seems to be the ether. I have now emailed asked for an update or the order be cancelled. Again nothing. I will have to go to my bank and cancel the payment which is another level of inconvenience. I am bamboozled as to how they can run a business like this. I am disappointed as was very excited about new pans which are a treat and they look beautiful. Be prepared for a long wait.

It’s a great service but it can be super frustrating when the boxes are full.

They are ok! They really are good at finding what you may be owed and very good at communicating progress and not pushy. They are trustworthy.
