We lost our access and we were asked to pay an invoice that was cancelled We have an overpayment and no one came back to say they will refund

Upon reviewing your booking, we found that your booking was submitted under "PAY AT HOTEL" option so the hotel should not charge you for this booking yet. However, our customer service team contacted the hotel and they have confirmed that no pre-authorization has been done for this booking.
If you were indeed charged by Easytobook.com or the hotel, please kindly send the receipt to customercare@easytobook,com so we can investigate further why you have been charged.
Furthermore, we have just resent the username and password to you by email so you can log in and check your reservations/profile.
