MOT carried out efficiently at a competitive price. Notified by e-mail and phone when work was complete - no hassle!

Service carried out as required, with investigation into additional item as requested. Prompt feedback into problem, with repair work needed fully explained and quoted for. They were able to carry out the repair on the same day.
Halfords do need to look into their web booking system as my initial booking was confirmed only to be quickly followed by a call from the Autocentre to say they did not have the capacity to do the work, so I had to re-book directly with the centre.

Policy seems to give desired cover at competitive price

The club is kept clean and tidy; staff are generally welcoming and helpful. Good range of equipment in gym, which never seems overcrowded. Wetside very enjoyable and well maintained. Lovely main building, and convenient location. Overall, Clarice House offers a decent facility at an affordable price and must be the best in the area.

Good price for product (Bona Freshen Up), and next day delivery

Goff's quote for heating oil was slightly more than the oil club I sometimes use, but I know I can rely on Goff for speedy delivery - 3 to 4 days as opposed to 10 days or more. Paying after delivery is also a bonus. Overall, I would say Goff are as good all round as any competitor.
