Ran out of domestic heating oil. Contacted Certas at about 09.00 explaining my difficulty to a very helpful member of staff. He said what he would do to facilitate the delivery and told me when I could expect to receive it. Later that day I received an email telling me to expect delivery the next day. Oil tanker arrived at 07.04 and a very quiet delivery took place.
