Initial contact assigned wasn’t great but once replacement took over things went more smoothly. Would be better if all documents could be uploaded to website rather than posted but otherwise fairly smooth process.

Good prompt service but the frames once delivered were a different colour to what was shown on the website. Had the website been more accurate I would not have ordered them

All of the images for the frames are supplied to us from the brands so we are sorry if you felt the image did not match the colour well.
Screen brightness settings can also affect how the image may look which is always the difficulty with buying online.
I can see that you did return the order for refund and this was actioned for you on 18/05/2022.

I received an OOO advising you would be reopening Jan 4th but didn’t actually receive any updates that my order had been processed or even despatched. The only time I was aware of anything was when I received a text from courier to say that I had a parcel being delivered that day

So far Bupa have been great. A Little mix up when the person in customer services wasn’t sure if I could have the procedure done in the clinic they referred me too but all sorted in the end. Would recommend.
