At first sight my loose covers looked good, but in trying to adjust the front of one cover my fingers caught on loose staples. The Velcro strip was not attached to the wooden frame, therefore the cover could not be fitted properly. The second chair was the same. I was extremely disappointed especially as I felt they were expensive. I expected perfection for that price. They were competently fixed a few weeks later, but that has not changed my disappointment. I would not use Plumbs again.

Beautiful dress. Rather long for me but easy to shorten without spoiling the lovely flow of the material.

I am delighted with my dungarees. The fit is just right and the fabric is soft but looks hard wearing.

I bought the pull-on jeans and not only are they a perfect fit, but they are sublimely comfortable. I love the fact that there is no bulky front zip - who wants extra inches there! I only hope that they wash well, as I have ordered three more pairs.

Overall I am pleased with one purchase. The size is not marvellous but I will use the trousers for gardening. The trousers for my husband were too small, so I was delighted that the return was free.

This is the first time I have received a Flowercard and I was really delighted. The arrangement was exquisite and the flowers long lasting. I have kept the container to use again. I have since sent one to a friend.

I bought a hydrangea which was beautifully packed and very fresh on arrival. It showed no signs of stress and is growing well.

Although I have no Spanish, the assistants in Habitat's Barcelona store were more than helpful, even including a chair for my husband as I browsed through the shop. I bought mainly Christmas decorations which were of good quality and most unusual. A very pleasant experience.
